To ensure the lifetime of your prints, we exclusively use Kodak® chemicals, paper, and film. We insist upon strict compliance with the Kodak® processing system. Prints that are processed with this Kodak® system will not fade or dull over the years. We recognize that our cost is greater using the Kodak® system, but we remain committed to providing the best-quality pictures possible.

GradImages™ maintains a close and exclusive relationship with one particular photography lab. This lab has a proven track record of providing consistently excellent photographic processing, proofing, and printing. We will settle for nothing less.

Along with quality products, a quality staff is essential. Our staff will represent your school or organization in a professional and business-like manner. We will be punctual, arriving early to your event. Each staff member will be dressed in business attire, will be groomed and wearing a nametag. Not only will our appearance be immaculate, but our staff is also always helpful and friendly.
