Graduation is one of the most significant milestones in a person’s life. A photograph captured at this special event will be treasured for many years to come. The recipients of these photographs expect the highest quality possible in a timely and efficient manner. Understanding this, we created GradTrak®, our unique-image management system specifically designed for large commencement ceremonies. It is a sequence of over 100 integral steps of a digital workflow process, taking and tracking images through all stages. Event Preparation

Preparation for your event begins months before the ceremony. The detailed information you supply GradImages™ is set up in our innovative database called GradTrak® Online. Promotional materials (name cards, info flyers, etc.) are sent to the school and a minimum of three experienced photographers are scheduled for your ceremony. Ready, Set ... Graduate!

Event Capture

The big day is here. Our courteous and professional staff will arrive two hours prior to the ceremony dressed impeccably in business suits. Up to three digital photographs are taken of each graduate. GradTrak® enables us to take more pictures in a shorter period of time, often with fewer photographers needed. We have invested in the best digital photography equipment to provide you with better-quality pictures and more consistent results. Our unobtrusive performance will help maintain the dignity of your ceremony.

Accurate Identification

At this stage, images are matched to names and merged with the address and email information already in GradTrak® Online. GradTrak® allows us to match multiple images to one name, improving the accuracy of our system. A picture is worth a thousand words ... but only if it’s the right picture.

You’ve Got Photos!

The digital images are sent to the lab and a second round of quality checks and corrections are made. With GradTrak®, we have unlimited powerful email capabilities. Digital images are emailed to each graduate with ordering information within 48 to 72 hours of the ceremony. At the same time, paper proofs are also sent via postal mail, accompanied by an order card. Now that’s fast turnaround!

Ship and “Trak”

To produce the final pictures, the images are retrieved from the lab server and sent to our high-speed digital printer, where the photographs are printed and mailed to the graduate. It is our goal to retrieve the image, print the pictures, and ship them within 24 hours of the order being placed - without human intervention. Thanks to the unique PIN number assigned to the graduate, GradTrak® enables customers to “trak” their own images and orders at any stage in the process. There is no substitute for speed and convenience.

Instant Customer Service

We have a full-time, dedicated Customer Service Department always just a phone call away, ready and waiting to help. Using the graduate’s unique PIN number, they can retrieve images online and have access to all necessary information, right at their fingertips.
